Doctors deserve more stars for their professionalism and patient care; the nurses of the A0 ward deserve 1 star because they treat the patients with sufficiency as if they were plague and with little professionalism (do not they know that the patients are treated as people and not as numbers?); during the day of hospitalization they presented themselves twice with the patient's medical record, they did not bring anything to eat or drink.
