To any business thinking of working with Metro Sales. Read all the one star reviews. Our company is having the same troubles buying out our contract. We have 18 months left to pay on a 60 month lease and MS is telling us they can't help us. I have to negotiate with their 3rd party lease finance company. That company after 3 months of haggling still has only presented me in writing with an option to pay them the full lease and then purchase the copier. We don't want the copier. We want a reasonable buyout and for them to come and pick the copier up and take it away. That appears to be too much to ask. Buy a copier if you need it long term or get the shortest possible lease. I would not recommend doing business with Metro Sales. They position themselves as small business friendly, but they are not. This has been the worst customer service situation I've ever dealt with from a b-2-b company.
