I would not say that I can not find the words because I find them perfectly but will remain polite !!
A nightmare of rudeness, incompetence or rather of m in foutism.
When will the change of these people who are obviously not good at their post and although they go far away!
Good luck for your efforts, expect the worst and most importantly do not believe a word of what you will be told.
