These guys straight up lie to your face. I have so much more respect for a company that can be honest. If there s a service delay, even if it s a long one, I would appreciate honesty and an explanation, and maybe an approximate time frame. That way we can plan our time accordingly, even if it means going home for a few hours. We book appointments for a reason, PLEASE learn to value our time. Never, ever returning. If you lie about things like this I d hate to see what other dishonest things go on around here. Horrible customer service.
