I can't believe what I'm seeing. First of all, I had to contact you for my son's grad photo, which was taken on June 5th. Unfortunately, parents weren't allowed inside the facility. The outcome of the photos were just awful. I paid a $20 sitting fee for this?? I don't even want a retake. A refund would be most appropriate.
