Early this morning an alert showed up on my GX460. I Tried to call but no answer. I made the appointment through internet. When we got there no body knew about the appointment. But there it was MICHELE WYNNE an angel sent by the god of Lexus. She invited us to her office and cleared all of the paperwork. She was patient enough to find out what we were entitled to and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you MICHELE.
