Firstly, the customer service is A+. Lance in the ticket office went above and beyond in helping me purchase my season pass. I had a unique situation and he handled it with kindness. The facilities are fantastic and pricing is much cheaper than expected. I figured food would cost double what it should, but everything is reasonable, especially for a ski lodge. I'm far from a veteran on the slopes, but from what I tell the runs here are well maintained, fun, and plentiful. I don't see myself getting a season pass anywhere else. Ski Loveland!
