My doctor was responsive however trying to reach a human being by phone or get a response after leaving a message MULTIPLE times was nearly impossible. This was my consistent experience over a number of years. I'm done! My heart goes out to anyone who finds it difficult advocating for themselves or who really needs care in a timely manner.
