The owner/caretaker is extremely unprofessional. My mother called to have a headstone issue fixed, as it was not placed where she was told it would be (obviously not her doing). The manner in which he spoke to her caused her to become upset, then after demanding she speak more clearly he hung up on her. But not before telling her she would need to pay to fix the mistake they made if the headstone was to be moved. Absolutely no sympathy to a woman who was clearly having a hard time, still in mourning, and just wanted things fixed to how she was told they WOULD be.
