AT every turn, this company fell short. Disbursement made two days after closing, with no readjustment of pro-rations. A subcontractor "closer" who never saw the file before closing..... Errors all over the place, and no quality control. No one read the contract and even the monthly HOA was fouled up.

Processors ignored simple questions like, where is my money? When and how did I agree to a $150 fee to notarize? Document review for Seller at prices that were outrageous and never agreed to. I have practiced law for 39 years, and never seen a worse title company. In sum, I was abused, ignored and taken to the cleaners.
