I've been to the ER here a few times. Once for myself, once for my daughter and once with a friend over the last couple years. Usually the wait is not long. They get you in and out which is why I chose to come here. I was there last night and ended up being there for 7hrs. I sat in the waiting room for 3.5 hrs then when they did finally call me back I sat in the exam room for another 3.5hrs. Iwitnessed people come hours after I did and leave within an hour of their arrival. I understand how triaging patients work however someone obviously wasn't doing their job correctly. Once in the exam room I waited an hour before the doc came in, they said they would do flu swab and chest xray. I waited another hour for xray then 30 minutes later they came in for swab. Flu swab takes 15 minutes for results. I waited over an hour. The discharge lady came in before I even had results. In conclusion I came up positive for the flu. Had this been my first visit I would have given them 1 star.
