Looked them up after I saw them in Edmonton Journal reader's choice award for best computer service category. My laptop was in awful condition after it got infected with some weird virus (Cryptolocker or something?), so I took it to a local Edmonton shop first and they messed everything up and made it even worse. After sorting out all the fuss, I figured I'd try these Planetcom guys out. Within 2 days I took it there, they fixed everything up inside and out! They even cleaned up all the gunk inside the laptop. (The other shop didn't even bother opening it up) I was more than pleased when I realized they went above and beyond what I originally asked them to do which was just a software issue. The shop tech I talked to was very courteous and professional and I could really tell he knew what he was doing. I was so impressed, I am considering to have these guys service my work computer as well.
