I recently moved from Nevada to NW Arkansas. My Mercedes was due for it's service. After establishing a 5 year relationship with my past service department I was worried I wouldn't receive the same service 5 star.
My intake person was named Karol. THE BEST!!! The whole expereince was a 10+. The dealership is so clean, they didn't leave me waiting, I was in and out, I totally appreciated the loaner car, my car came back on time and cleaner than when it when in.
Super excited to establish roots here and have a superstar team at Mercedes Benz of Bentonville to deal with. YAY!!!
