Was staying in the hotel between septembre 22-28. (under the name Tal Teperberg)

The location was great;
Sadly, it was the only good thing in our experience.

The room was dirty, very poorly decorated
Less than minimum facilites.
-No coffee in the room
-We had to pay ten dollars for a bottle of water.
-The gym was very poor

On the last day, they charged us 30$ extra per day, when we asked what was the pay for, we were told that we pay for wifi, news paper and gym room.

A total payment of 180usd for nothing.

In 2018 we pay 500 usd per night and in addition need to add 180 for wifi?

I have a travel agency, and I will not recommend my clients such a hotel.
