HORRIBLE customer service!!! It was my wedding weekend I called the day before my wedding day to ask a question only to hear that they no longer had someone to do my wedding makeup! They were "going to call me" but I had called them the afternoon before my wedding THANK GOD I did or I would have been screwed the day of!! They told me I would have to reschedule!!! Yeah not going to reschedule my wedding day it is that day or not at all!! No I'm sorry! No let me help you. No one called to apologize or let me know this was going on! DO NOT go to this salon!
