The technician was very courteous & competent. Arrived on time & kept us posted on his progress. That said, I & others in our 85 unit condo building have found Shavitz's prices for parts replacement to be way out of line. Complete blower replacements were shopped & found to be 50% less at reputable, comparable HVAC companies. Do your homework before signing any contract.
