Bed bug residue around the box springs. Pubic Hair all over the sheets and pillow cases! Towels are so rough you could use as sand paper. Horrible Experience, you would think for $200 per night you would get a room with a working AC unit. Had the "engineer" to the room several times and each time "it's fixed" and I think each one just didn't want to mess with it. So after complaining they offered us a ....... box fan! Thankful for any relief we anxiously awaited our fan only to get a phone call an hour later telling us there are no more fans. There we no more rooms to move us to which I find really difficult to believe. The road noise along the major interstate that is right outside the window is a nice feature if you enjoy listening to Harley's roaring down the freeway all night long and starting again at 6AM. The icing on the cake ... my wife left her prescription reading glasses on the counter in the room and we realize it 30 minutes after checking out and leaving so we called immediately before housekeeping made it to our room (early morning). We were told someone was going to the room to get them for us and would call us back. No call was ever made back to us and when I called them back they acted like I was a bother, had no record of our previous conversation and the glasses were not found by housekeeping, (so they were stolen). If I had to rank the customer service at all the hotels I have ever stayed at the Embassy Suites in Rogers, Arkansas would be the absolute worst. I have had better service, more rest, a room with AC, at the $59 Super 8 down the road. If you stay here just don't expect to be treated with any respect because they obviously don't care about their guests.
