My husband and I spent a week at The Grand Wailea and we could not have been more impressed. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous, helpful, and pleasant. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised by the art work throughout the property, the size of the beach, the pool "complex" (we went down the big slide every day!), and easy access to restaurants in the area. I particularly want to give a shout-out to our server at The Bistro one evening, Diana Kaplan, who sent us a gift basket after she learned my husband and I were celebrating me being cancer free. This was completely unexpected and made our stay even more special. We also loved the spa! We had a fantastic time and would love to go back.
