I bought my vehicle from Mike Shaw a couple years ago and continue to get usual service there. I recently took my car in for an issue and Kathy made sure I was treated with the best care possible. From ensuring quick service turnaround to locking in a loaner car (all on her day off!) I am extremely grateful to experience so much appreciation as a customer. Highly recommend!
