Such a disappoinment. I booked and paid the exhibition before I went to japan. Because it says, the tickets could be sold out on the day it self. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, didnt expect that and the airport was full of stranded people waiting to get on transport to go tokyo, etc. Included me. So obviously I couldnt go on that day. I called them, to my surprise, the person who talked to me couldnt speak n understand english! What kind of tourist attraction place that doesnt have english translator or workers. She DONT understand a thing. I tried to ask my hotel receptionist to try to call them but it was too late. I sent direct message on Instagram. No response until now. Dont even to bother read or check their DMs. Whats funny is that they kept posting new posts in ENGLISH captions. Poor..poor customer service. Im disappointed. I wasted my money.
