I ordered my tried a case for her brithday when it arrived it was the wrong one which was her fault she told me the wrong size of her phone I contacted their wed and ask if I could exchange it for a different one chat line came on said I never offered one I even sent them a pitcure of the enope it arrived in they kept telling me they needed an ID number off the invoice sent with the package well guess what they didn't send an invoice the evolve even had the usps tracking # but that wasn't good enough I have yet to here from them so be very carful ordering from them if you need a refund you won't get it will not be ordering from them again
