I can only be saddened to see the lack of staff in...

I can only be saddened to see the lack of staff in "emergencies"
I have been there since 4:00 pm and it is 22:12 and still no doctor or support in sight.
Other patients have been waiting since 14:00.
Some patient guides become aggressive with nurses who do their best. I invite the ministers concerned to live this sad experience that many sick citizens have to undergo !!
I will not even use the word "patient" anymore, but number!
