Today March 7th 2019 Eric Olson seized my funace and fireplace insert he was very professional and thorough , I was very satisfied with his work . One thing I would like to address is he told me there were no records on the date I purchased my regency fireplace insert , I am sure if you look at Montys purchasing records of two years ago he had that information because he ordered new burners for it and installed it.
