4 years ago I bought my blue 2017 Ford Escape. I have loved it since then. But the backup camera never worked when temperature drop below 30 degree. During the past 4 years, I went to all kind of dealers for solution. Some dealers just push me away, telling me that it is a national wide problem, no one can fix it; some just could not fix it. Yesterday I decided to go to Jack Demmer Lincoln. The service representative is Joe Kawod. He fixed it. Great. Now my Escape is flawless. Thank you Joe and Jack Demmer Lincoln.
