Been coming here for over 3 years. Since the beginning with our first child, we never saw an exam room until any where between 30-75 minutes after our appointment time. When we finally did get back, if we were lucky if it was another 20 minutes before we saw a doctor. Meanwhile, walk-ins are getting in and coming out. I struck up conversation with two other parents in the waiting room who have had similar experience between all of their children everytime they visit this office.

The last appointment, I left an honest review on their Facebook page (right around and hour and a half after our appointment time). A week later we receive a letter dated the day left the review saying we were basically fired as a patient.

This place couldn't confirm our children were up to date on their shots, they mis-entered insurance information countless times over the course of a few years, causing us more wasted time and headaches. They have a hard time getting and keeping up with our records, I could go on.

Simply put, the office is run horribly, appointments are useless. Maybe they'll hire more competent staff in the future so parents won't have to deal with the immense incompetence that plagues that office.

Don't bother making appointments, just walk-in, you'll beat everyone.
