I purchased a 2018 Yukon here in Gainesville I live in Ocala I called the gmc in ocala, I told the lady salesman that answered that I was interested in a particular 2017 GMC Yukon and if there wasn t I asked if it was possible for her to search for one nearby. She said she would look into yet clearly she wasnt interested in her sales cause she never called back. I noticed I was being ignored so I proceeded to call The Gainesville location and I was greeted by Al Hunter, from the get go he answered all my questions and showed interest, although they didn t have one in stock either, he did explain my options. I must say I had a specific idea and wanted certain options in my truck so he proceeded to order one for me. He did advice it would take several months but with him going beneath and beyond in every step of the way, with a phone call every week with a new update even if it was the same as the previous week, he would still call to follow up, he gave me that peace of mind I needed. And now I can finally say I have received my truck!! He had previously explained every detail before we ordered it yet that didn t stop him from explaining every Feature in it today as well! I don't regret driving 45 min to Gainesville for Al Hunter. Anyone looking for a specific car or truck, Al is the guy you need to call!
