Was told they d throw in 20k mike service by the sales manager for us to sign the lease. Fast forward today that was not thrown in. We had a brand new sales person who probably didn t know he had to fill out a we owe you form to document it. We were showing him the cars features when he gave us the car on delivery. Was pretty entertaining. But he was a nice guy at least. Was suppose to get a call back from sale manager yesterday within an hour and no call came. Shame on me lesson learned not getting it on paper and trusting a dealer.

While writing this review might as well mention Car was scratched upon delivery and arm rest stained. Had to bring it back next day and they fixed the scratch but never fixed the arm rest. I gave up after 2 days of dealing with them. It s documented through email.

I never left a bad review because things happen . But when I get promised something and then all of a sudden it was a lie might as well leave the review 21k miles and year and a half later.

Going to bring it to another Lexus dealer and pay for the service and lease with them. Could care less if they offered me all the services for free going forward I refuse to do business with them I rather pay out of pocket. It s not about the money.

Please don t contact me either in regards to this at this point. Love the actual car though even with the stained arm rest and repainted hatch.
