My grandmother s necklace was snapped in two, and it was honestly just costume jewelry, but they said they would do their best to fix it and it looks amazing now. They were so nice about everything and the repair was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. I nearly burst into tears when I saw the necklace whole again. They were very sweet and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get jewelry mended. If I m ever looking to get a piece I ll go to them first.
