I would love to give Gregg Young Chevrolet ten stars if I were able. About two and a half weeks ago I had traveled 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from a Honda dealership in the Omaha area. Less than 2 weeks from the purchase I turned on the AC for the first time to find it did not work. Through a series of events and a story too long to tell in this review my vehicle (a Chevy Traverse) was moved by the Honda dealer to Gregg Young for repairs as they were not equipped to handle them at their site. The kicker is the Honda dealership declined to pay for this very expensive repair stating I was responsible. Enter the staff at Gregg Young. This team was fabulous. Absolutely fabulous. Rather than send me home in a vehicle without AC they found a comparable Traverse on their lot (to be honest this vehicle is significant upgrade, lower miles, leather interior, DVD, and dual sunroof). They bought out my loan, financed this new vehicle, and got me set up with their extensive service agreement. I could not have been happier with the situation. I should add the night I was left stranded in Omaha with three kids and no working vehicle the folks at Gregg Young set me up with a courtesy vehicle. THE DEALERSHIP THAT WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SITUATION FOLKS. These were the people looking out for me and my family. Special thanks go to Trent and Bryan in the service department who took care of me when stranded and went to bat for me to get this bill paid. To Chelsa Burr my saleswoman and to Ryan Reynolds who took care of the financial side. You folks are truly an asset to your team and helped guide me through an otherwise ugly situation. Also to the fellow in the desk across the aisle from Chelsa. I realize I never got your name but seriously the humor you brought to my situation really put me at ease. Thank you!!!
