I ve never in my life of doing real estate going on 17 years have had a more difficult title company. They have the FNMA account in michigan and when they first started they overcharged on closing fees. Once FNMA was notified that changed but now I m not able to get responses they extend Closings like that s part of there job. Do not use this company they said someone has been out for a week so they can t do anything if someone is out? Only one person handles everything? Horrible services.
