Never took the car payment out on the dates that were agreed upon, traded in the car they still took payment out even with us not having the car anymore etc (told me it could take up to 2 weeks to refund it). They owe a over payment to my husband and I, it's been weeks now and no check. They keep giving excuses of it was mailed out and a different day than I was originally told. Steer clear of this company ,nothing but a everlasting headache.
