My experience with Compass, and specifically with Dan Graham and Ed Midgely, was nothing but wonderful. My wife and I are both self-employed so we knew going into the process it was not going to be easy for us to acquire a mortgage. But Dan & Ed and their team worked tirelessly and made the process very smooth for us. Not once did we ever feel like we weren't important or that we were a burden to them (even though I'm sure we were). The whole team responded to calls or emails cheerfully and within a very reasonable amount of time and was happy to help us with whatever we needed. If you are on the fence about working with Compass or don't feel like another mortgage company is treating you fairly, give Compass a chance and I am confident you won't regret it!
