I don't like anything to do with my car, but I knew I had to take my car for a recall issue. I've been putting it off for a long time. Let me tell you as soon as I walked into Sansone service it was great. The gentleman that took care me his name was Jay. What a nice guy, he didn't push me into getting anything extra, like other car dealerships. It was a pleasure from start to finish. What topped it off he walked me to my car, even though I could see he was busy. Great experience.
