This is my second time to have Smith Thompson monitoring service -- I used them at my old house and now have it installed in our new house. The technician, Mike, was great. He called me to let me know his arrival status. He arrived on time and got right to work. He installed the system quickly and with very little mess. I will continue to recommend their services!
