A comfortable hotel with a very courteous staff. The location is just superb right infront of the city centre. Tram station is nearby so that helps alot. Alot of eating places and grocery store nearby.

My stay with them was for three weeks. Overall I was happy and would stay again however there are a few downsides.

The ice cube machine does not work on all floors
The cleaning staff did not pick up my glasses for two consecutive days. I did complain and the staff responded aptly and offered a dessert for the oversight. It was a good gesture and much appreciated.
