I am currently staying here for work. I think the housekeeping staff is friendly and accommodating. When I first came by to set up my stay through the 17th of October, the front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly. I checked in 2 days later, my company hadn't received the credit card form to send even though I asked them to send it prior to my checking in. I gave Andrew my personal credit card to hold the room and he charged my card for three nights even though my office was processing and sending the information. He wasn't super friendly but did offer me two cookies. On Sunday night At 10:30 p.m. a couple was arguing and fighting in the hallway outside of my Room. I picked up the phone in the Room to call the front desk and it did not work. When the fussing finally stopped, I walked down stairs to the front desk and told them that the noise was coming from in front of my Room, 304. They said they were wondering where it was coming from. I told them that my telephone did not work because I wanted to call them because as a woman staying here alone I was concerned because it sounded like the flight was escalating. No one has fixed my phone yet it's Tuesday night I still stay by myself in this Room and don't appreciate the argument that happened the other night. I wasnt even offered a cookie for that. As beautiful of a property as it is, and as accommodating as the majority of the staff is, I would really appreciate my telephone getting repaired so that in the event I need to contact the front desk I can use the phone to do that. Thank you
