I need to say the Delivery Guys from Andrews did their job and were professional. I can not say the same about the customer service reps tho. I purchased a mattress from online, unfortunately I had to go through them to get it delivered. First, I had to wait over two weeks to get it delivered. Still wondering how does it take take two weeks to deliver just a mattress but whatever. Then I told the customer service rep that I needed to request a delivery after a certain time. Needless to say. She was uncooperative on the request. I even ask for the request two weeks prior to the delivery day but there was no compassion at all. I had to miss OT on a Saturday so I could get my bed. If I had a choice to use them in the future........ Umm.... I wouldn t because of the customer service reps.
