Great people and they do good work. However, they seem to run a lean crew of mechanics which means even the most basic of service visits requires you bring a book or laptop to keep you busy. 1.5 - 2 hour is normal wait for oil change + tire rotations. At least that's been my waiting time avg over last 4 service appts for same general maintenance.
