Room clean..staff very nice..thats the 3 stars now for the rest..buffet was horrible....would not recomend..senior breakfast buffet was not avail. For breakfast as it said online so had to eat at the over priced I hop express..no valet parking due to covid..but plenty valets standing around outside..did anyone ask if they could help with the bags or anything considering we had to park and hike to the hotel..I am not young and my friend is older than me and has a lot of difficulty with walking. I feel if they are gonna charge the price they do including resort fees and everything else they charge for then they should have the amenities they are charging for...I also realize covid is an issue however bad food, lack of assistance is an issue..also we were going to take in water with us however no outside dri ks..seriously..I would get it if bringing in from outside but I filled my cup with their water and ice..had to dump and return cup to room..oh and discounted rooms coupon don't let it fool you you are still paying full price but if you go during the week rooms are cheaper so this is not a discount..I will stay at the super 8 down the road next time.
