The worst customer service ever, on a consistent basis- as a customer you feel helpless bc getting anything fixed requires you to make a genius appointment a week out. Once you get there they make you wait and move you from table to table- bc you have bought their products and there are only two stores serving the entire metropolitan area, you are forced to put up with pushy, rude staff- I spoke with the manager last time I was here to complain and there were lots of hollow apologies. For a company as shiny and slick as Apple you d think they have a better in house model for customer service.
