I've always been a little skeptical with regards to the salespeople at car dealerships because of several negative experiences. However, I met Austin Hwang at Lexus South Pointe and I was absolutely blown away by his professionalism, courteousness and kind demeanor. He was never pushy or aggressive in trying to make me purchase the most expensive car. Instead, I told him my needs and he recommended me the GS350 which my wife and I absolutely love!!!! Thanks Austin and the team at Lexus South Pointe!! I will make sure to recommend all my friends and family to this wonderful dealership and its amazing salesperson.
