Well, I am absolutely gobsmacked. Bearing in mind we are all in the middle of a pandemic and locked down, less than 24 hours from when I ordered my new washing machine, it was fitted and working beautifully. I cannot praise this company enough.

My old washer broke yesterday full of water and dirty washing. I searched all the usual popular firms, and delivery was delayed understandably, fitting and removing the old appliance was not available also understandably. Then I had a quick look at Marks Electrical. Never heard of it. So a bit dubious but they could deliver the next day, which was Sunday, and they would remove the old appliance and unpack and fit the new one. I thought it was too good to be true. So I checked their reviews which were broadly very good. They offered a 2 hour delivery slot which would be notified at 7.30pm and then when they were 30 mins away they would ring and let you know. So I ordered on line but the fitting option wasn t available so I called the number given. I spoke to a lovely chap called Sam. He explained that he could add the delivery option if I wished but added that the delivery chaps were quite nervous of going into houses because of the virus, and said it was really easy to fit. So I went for it without fitting.

At exactly 7.30 pm I received a text message giving me my 2 hour delivery slot the following day. Then I received a call the following day 30 mins before they arrived. Two lovely chaps, Blake and Dan Goodman. First class service. Cannot fault them. They removed my old machine and brought my new one into the house for me. Fantastic!

I would highly recommend this firm and would use them again in a heartbeat. I have already recommended them to my step daughter and will pass their name on again. Well done Marks Electrical.
