It never ceases to amaze me how people so quickly try to discredit the quality and integrity of a companies employee and how quickly people take what is written about a specific employee to be gospel ? After 28 years in law enforcement I have learned that "not everything your hear or are told is ever gospel". I recommend you take a look for yourself ! I did and found Ms. Bates to be extremely professional, polite and a fine representative for Essentials Management Company. She was a big part of finding me the home I was looking for with in my needs. And continues to be very helpful when ever I have questions.
