Well where do I start. When I first called and spoke to Monica to get a feel for the company,she sounded very professional and knowledgeable. She convinced me that they had installed thousands of units and no matter what they would have the correct parts and installers to do the job. After spending $700.00 to collect data from my truck I was informed that they could not get parts and had no idea about installing an active system. That system would be ideal for my application/truck. I called and complained to numerous people but was told that they were having problems with there supplier. That was not the case when they took my $700.00. I would not use this company.
