Due to a completely rude untrained staff member im giving a one star. They use to have really nice caring thoughtful selfless people working at the front desk here in Kent.... but now they all moved away for some reason and a female by the name of Keisha omg completely rude hateful heartless women. Words can't describe her sour bitterness. How is she employed anywhere???? When I call in to ask im my email was recieved and if I should be paid out she all I'd the sudden got support upset as if I was asking her to take money from her mother and deposit it into my account. I had just worked 8 hours and I called 1 time just to see if my email was recieved. She goes on a rant basically yelling saying "starting Wednesday your company won't even be paying until the next day after working. There's a bunch of other people who wanna be paid out too!! You need to be more patient I'll get to it when I get to it..... " I wasn't even asking about Wednesday's paycheck im asking about today... Monday... I'm just so confused why sombody would be mad while they're getting paid to do the job they chose to apply for. I wasn't requesting for her to do anything outside the realm of her daily jobs tasks. Anyways 1 star for keishas bad attitude
