Arrived to a freezing cold icebox. The room took an hour or so to warm up. Disappointing and not very welcoming.

There were chips on the floor from a previous guest. Ewww.

The refrigerator froze all our food and drinks the first night. So the second we turned the fridge as low as it would go and everything was still frozen again the next morning.

Rooms are outdated and the wallpaper is literally peeling off the walls. The headboard was damaged and unsightly. They could use a Reno!

I didn t have crazy high expectations for a Holiday Inn but not even the lady at checkout didn t even ask how our stay was. I understand Covid cutbacks but this was disappointing.
