I am totally dissatisfied with the services. I was transported here Tuesday, June 30 to the COVID 19 holding pen. It is what I call it because you are held in the area until COVID-19 test results are received. Both of my test were negative and I was transferred to the 5th floor.
I have pneumonia in both lungs. I get winded and have difficulty breathing. I can t do much for myself. I have been laying in a bed for 3 days and no one has made any attempt to clean me up. My husband and daughter have made calls to the hospital and promises are made. Wednesday at 6:15 pm I was told to eat my dinner that had beed delivered and the nurse coming on shift would be in shortly the help me get cleaned up.. It was 12:15 am when I saw my nurse for the first time. And only after I called for help.
I really feel an investigation needs to be done to see how other patients are treated.
