Terrible experience with their Regional Manager who missed promised deadlines and would not answer or return repeated phone calls. Called the Senior Vice President who said he would give the project to another salesman who would be responsive and to expect a call by the end of the day. Four days later no call. Left one last message with SVP (shocked he didn't answer call) but still no return call. Done with Red Dot for obvious reasons - calling American Buildings whom I've had nothing but great service from.
