Rides are great! However - the customer service is awful. I did not see one employee smile the entire time I was their. In addition, while processing our tickets, one employee started yelling at a group of guests for accidentally entering the wrong direction. Employee was way over the top and guests were completely embarrassed. Later, while ordering lunch, employees where absolutely miserable. I was depressed for them. Do not know what type of culture the leadership team is running, but they are clearly not focused on customer service. It really is a shame, this could be a wonderful place to visit if they could fix the services ce.
