Design themed hotel. Lacking general maintenance a...

Design themed hotel. Lacking general maintenance and upkeep: backed up sink, mold in bathroom, broken handles, dead outlets etc. Five more years and the place is a dump. Very inconsistent staffing attitude and experience. Breakfast and parking extra.
